Most things have a specific route, and using it is faster than the general inbox. Find yours below. If nothing fits, the address at the bottom of this page reaches a person.

How something on this site works
Start with the FAQ — it covers accounts, what we store, where account forms appear, and what happens when you go further than reading. If the answer is not there, write to us.
A word you do not recognise
Memory, persona, context window, safety filter. The glossary defines them in plain English, and the journal explains the mechanisms in more depth.
Something should be taken down
Use the content removal route rather than the general inbox. Anything involving a minor or a non-consensual depiction is handled as urgent and acted on before the full assessment is finished.
Your data
Access, correction and deletion requests are covered by the privacy policy, which also sets out the statutory rights that apply depending on where you live.
A charge on your card
No payment is ever taken on this site, so a charge came from a service you continued into. The refund policy explains who to contact and what we can do to help.
A complaint about us
There is a defined route with stages and stated response times, rather than a general inbox that a complaint can quietly die in.
Everything else
One address. No chat widget, no ticket portal, no community server and no social accounts — there is exactly one place a message can arrive, which also means there is exactly one place it cannot get lost.
Say what you were doing and what you expected to happen. That one sentence saves a round trip more often than anything else you could include.
